X MarksSixteen women, seven crosses, one chain of clues.

The Closed Hatch

A sealed hold keeps cargo dry and out of sight. This page lists what we keep in ours.

What is stowed

  • Your registration: email, a scrambled form of your password, name, date of birth, gender, and anything you pin on your deck page.
  • Your parleys, and the notes kept by each woman about you, her only memory.
  • A session cookie, and a second that marks you as having crossed the age line.
  • The amount and reference of each payment. We take no cards and never see a number.
  • Routine server logs, kept briefly for the sake of security.

What it is used for

These records exist to run the chat, enforce the articles and keep the harbour lit. A language model reads your messages, either ours or a hired provider's on that sole job, and software also scans them for safety. No one can purchase your chats and no advertiser reads a word of them.

Counting visitors

A bare counter tallies arrivals and their ports of origin. Your messages lie beyond its reach.

Your own controls

Inside each parley's menu: edit her notes on you, copy the conversation, or scuttle it. To wipe the whole account, mail the purser from its own address. If your country's law grants you more, tell us what and we will follow it.
